A company is seeking a Farm Manager to implement wildlife friendly farming practices on their farmland. The company farms over 9,200 acres and produces corn, rice, alfalfa, triticale while taking into account environmental factors such as bird migration. The Farm Manager will be supervising field staff and potentially working with the ranch manager to give tours and information to potential farmland lessees.

Experience and Skills:

  • experience with harvesting, grain storage, crop management, crop rotation
  • managerial and farming experience
  • preferably bilingual
  • equipment repair skills helpful
  • AA degree preferred or experience
