The primary role of the Account Manager is to grow and manage sales of nitrogen fertilizer and build relationships with the assigned wholesale customers and vendors within the Western Region (west of the Mississippi).

Responsibilities include:

1. Become the go-to expert for customers

2. Develop business for company and non-company products

3. Coordinate logistics to minimize freight and storage costs

4. Enter contracts into the system and perform contract maintenance

5. Handle client feedback

6. Attend trade shows and travel as necessary to sell product

Requirements:

3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing

Cold calling skills

Strong PC skills

Ability to interact with customers from a variety of backgrounds

Work from a home office within territory
